Pickin’ at Porchfest
We will be rockin’ a porch this year at West Philly Porchfest! Which porch, you ask? Why, the one at 4706 Warrington St, naturally. Porchfest is Saturday June 8. We’ll be kickin’ off at 12 noon.
Back at the Biergarten
That’s right kids, the Tired Hands Biergarten is back and so are we. Come on over and grab a pint while you enjoy a double set of the finest folksingin’ east of the Schuylkill. We’ll see you on Friday May 10 at 6730 Germantown Avenue. Let’s show Mt. Airy how we do it!
Second Friday at the Treehouse
Watch out, West Philly! We’re playing a good ol’ fashioned house concert at the Treehouse. Also on the bill are Ariel Monroe, Rephael Epstein, Jamie the Optimist, Kirstin Brug, and Owen & the Still Lives. Show’s at 4706 Warrington St. #3. Festivities commence at 8pm. No cover, $10-$15 donation suggested.
‘alf-a-band at Dawson St Pub
We’re playing a “half-pint” set at Dawson Street Pub around 9pm. Half the band, half an hour of original folk music, from the revved-up to the ruminating. Come on down and grab some seitan wings.
Rare Spirits @ Dawson Street Pub
Hey Hey Babies! Rare Spirits are gonna be the featured artists at Dawson Street Pub’s open mic night on Wednesday March 13. Come see us do a few songs and maybe get up there and sing some of your own! It’s always a good time, and they have seitan chicken wings.
